Once the inspection is done, a report is written that must be approved by the professional association.

In the event that, in the opinion of the architect signing the report, the building is in good condition, the result of the Building inspection will be favorable  and the owners will not be obliged to do works. The file will be filed by the City Council until the next inspection, within 10 years.

If the Building inspection is unfavorable, then it is reflected as such in the report, the injuries found, their severity and their solution are described, and an approximate period is established to carry out the building repair work. Re-performing the visual building inspection once the works are finished, until the report is favorable.
